Otter Rocks:

Otter Rocks is a popular swimming hole and crowded on hot summer days. Facilities include a rest room, picnic tables and parking. Keep in mind there are many unnamed and less crowded swimming holes along the Kancamagus, keep an eye out for them. This site is not affiliated with the White Mountain National Forest.
